Our proposal is part of the transformation of the district‘s infrastructural services， re-organizing theminto a hierarchic network of public spaces. In addition， But it also seeks to preserve the merits of theidea of a set of proud and independent constructions rising from a planted territory， which constitutesthe originality of this district of blocks and high-rise buildings constructed in the sixties. The projectthus militates in favor of a “return to the city” while maintaining the utopia of its past： contradictorilyclaiming that ensures a horizontal and a vertical urban continuity that allows different groups of dwellingsto assert themselves as landmarks. Three islands are built to settle at strategic points in the plot. Theyare treated as striated cliffs， consisting of a parking platform， a housing block hollowed by a largecontinuous terrace and a flat roof in levitation.
